By accessing or using this website and placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or place any orders.

1. Nature of Transactions

All purchases made through this site are final transactions for physical precious metals commodities. Purchasing precious metals is analogous to purchasing securities or other financial instruments. When you place an order, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase a commodity at the quoted price. The price of precious metals fluctuates continuously based on market conditions.

2. All Sales Are Final -- No Returns, No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

• Precious metals are market-priced commodities. Like purchasing a stock or other financial instrument, the value may increase or decrease after your purchase. A decline in market value does not entitle you to a return or refund.
• You may sell your precious metals on the open market at any time, but you may not return them to Boston Systems Consulting LLC.
• Order prices are locked at the time of purchase based on the then-current spot price. Boston Systems Consulting LLC is not responsible for any subsequent price movement.

3. Unauthorized Return Attempts -- Cost Recovery

If you initiate, attempt, or pursue a return, chargeback, payment reversal, or any other action to reverse a completed transaction, you agree to be fully responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Boston Systems Consulting LLC in connection with the recovery and resolution of such action, including but not limited to:

• Employee and personnel time at applicable hourly rates (up to $2,000.00 per hour for senior personnel)
• Legal fees, collection costs, and court costs
• Shipping, handling, insurance, and logistics costs
• Administrative and processing fees
• Any losses resulting from market price changes during the dispute period
• Bank fees, chargeback fees, and payment processor penalties

By placing an order you expressly consent to these cost recovery terms and acknowledge that Boston Systems Consulting LLC may pursue all available legal remedies to recover these costs.

4. Payment Processing -- Dwolla

In order to use the payment functionality of our application, you must open a “Dwolla Account” provided by Dwolla, Inc. and you must accept the Dwolla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in or transferred through your Dwolla Account are held or transferred by Dwolla’s financial institution partners. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dwolla Account.

You authorize Boston Systems Consulting LLC to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address, and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data.

You understand that you will access and manage your Dwolla Account through our application, and Dwolla account notifications will be sent by Boston Systems Consulting LLC, not Dwolla. Boston Systems Consulting LLC will provide customer support for your Dwolla Account activity, and can be reached at https://bostonsystemsconsulting.com and support@bostonsystemsconsulting.com.

5. Identity Verification

For orders exceeding certain dollar thresholds or cumulative purchase volumes,Boston Systems Consulting LLC may require identity verification through a third-party service. By using this site you consent to such verification and agree to provide accurate identifying information when requested. Failure to complete required verification may result in the inability to complete your purchase.

6. Pricing and Availability

All prices are based on real-time spot market prices and are subject to change without notice. Boston Systems Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, where product is unavailable, or where fraud is suspected. In the event of a cancellation by Boston Systems Consulting LLC, any funds collected will be returned.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Boston Systems Consulting LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier after the item has been tendered for shipment. All shipments are insured, and claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Boston Systems Consulting LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. SMS Authentication Codes

When you create an account and provide a mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) from Boston Systems Consulting LLC, the technology provider for Boston Systems Consulting LLC, containing one-time sign-on verification codes and other security-related authentication codes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and sign-in events.

These authentication messages are required to operate your account securely and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active. To stop receiving these messages you must close your account by contacting support@bostonsystemsconsulting.com. You may also reply STOP to unsubscribe from Boston Systems Consulting LLC; doing so will disable your ability to sign in and may result in your account being suspended. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boston Systems Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or any transaction, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or market losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Boston Systems Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
